Management as the organization and the coordination of activities, in accordance with the policies and the clearly defined goals, is the basis for effective and efficient business profit and nonprofit organizations. Due to its nature and its methods, it can be applied in the public sector, private sector and civil society sectors.
This conference was an opportunity for scientists, experts, businessmen and the general public aware of the current situation and prospects of the subject areas covered by the program. This year, special attention was paid to the management and the economics in modern public and private sectors in the country and the environment with respect to the concept of social development and the country's involvement in European integration.
The conclusions of the conference proposed elements of a strategy to provide quality business and industrial management in terms of the crisis caused by the transition and the modern economic and political turmoil.
