Aim of the Conference
Acquisition and exchange of knowledge on contemporary trends in the development of information and communication technologies, and ways and possibilities of their application and recognition, prevention, proving, expertizing and sanctioning of abuses in information and communication technologies.
Publicizing the results of the conference.

Basic concept
Invited speakers and authors of works selected by the Program Committee will present their works at the plenary session and in workshops.
The summaries of all works by invitation and accepted submitted papers will be published in the Abstract Proceedings (on CD), and the complete papers will be published under the special issue of the academic journal FBIM Transactions.

    Ways of Participation
    1. Participation in Person with a Paper
    The true aim of the Conference is to get as much as possible participants in person, with their papers. This will provide them a chance to present their works, to ask and answer questions, to directly address to all others, exchange ideas and experience.

    2. In absentia
    This means that an author can participate by just sending a paper.
    In such a case, the paper will be reviewed. The paper resume will be published in the Abstract proceedings and the full article in the MEST Journal.

    3. Participation in Person without a Paper
    One can participate in person, without paper, just attending the Conference, taking part in discussion, getting collection of papers and the like.

    Number of papers by one author - One conference participant can have no more than two papers, and only one as the first or only author.

    All works need to be written in English or in Serbian language
    Maximum number of co-authors per work is 3.
    (Number of authors per paper, as a rule is one or two. Exceptionally, when it is justified, three co-authors are acceptable, but not more.)

    Format: A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
    All margins: 2,5 cm
    Default tab stops: 1 cm
    Line spacing: 1,15 line
    Length of the article: 7 – 12 pages (approximately 25.000 – 40.000 characters with blanks)
    Title of the article: 12 words maximum, UPPERCASE, Arial, Cambria, Bold, 24pt.
    Data on authors: Name and surname of the first author, Cambria, Bold, 14 pt.
    Affiliation, e-mail, and addres of the first author; Cambria, Normal, 14 pt.

    The first authors are obliged to submit the work and the application form. Exceptionally, the first author may authorize another author or a third person to submit work and work application form on their behalf.
    The application form and the article, they both are to be submitted together by e-mail, to the address: ziteh@meste.org
    Each paper needs to have its own application form.

    Registration fee
    The registration fee for participation in the conference is EUR 40 per participant of the conference and will cover part of the organizational costs, one Summary Book on DVD, refreshment during the breaks, and lunch.
    The registration fee is by a participant, not by article.
    Thus, if one work has two authors and both physically attend the conference, each of them pays their registration fee. By contrast, if one author personally participates in the work of the conference, and the other does not, only the participant pays his registration fee.
    Participants who do not attend the conference and only send out their works are free of the payment of the fee, but if they want the Summary Book, they pay EUR 20 + P&P.

    Lunch on October 25th, 2019
    The lunch price for participants who are free of registration fee is EUR 22.

    Payment Instructions
    The payment elements will be published until October 1st, 2019, about which the conference participants will be informed in a timely manner.
