THE IMPACT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CREATIVITY

Abstract


The aim of the paper is to highlight the influence of knowledge management on organizational creativity. The rapid changes in the economic environment in the field of science and technology, the phenomenon of globalization and its challenges, the constant change of customers' demands, working in unstable markets and the increasing competition of products and services on the market, pressure the modern organization to improve its performance for night competition purposes. All these factors have influenced innovation in the product, becoming one of the basic concepts in today's world. The reality of the phenomenon of globalization in which we live influences the emergence of a new world scene, based on the development and production of cognitive systems, which have become the main productive force. The real state arises that it is information and communication technology has become the main driver and decision-maker. This is the case for any institution that has to unify the effects of globalization and modernize its systems, using new technology as a means to improve administrative capacity, simplify and facilitate procedures, and improve human performance.
