Abstract
Corruption is known to have a significant fourth rank after poverty, unemployment and crime in our country. This form of unethical business running in almost all the spheres of life and businesses calls for throwing more light on almost all the aspects of running businesses as well as on that of a manager in identifying and controlling corruption as a severely detrimental phenomenon. This paper is considering a markedly long period of the economic, social crises nonetheless reform processes our society has been going through and undergoing the real circumstances and conditions of the different forms of corruption to take place. Having in mind the high complexity of the manager’s job, the manager is, therefore, supposed to develop and learn an immense number of skills in order to cope with complex problems, one of them being the skill to recognize and control corruption as the biggest threat to the smooth and proper running of the businesses. However, it is evident that the corruption is difficult to recognize and control due to no clear measures of identifying and controlling its dynamics of spreading and changing. The relevant investigations have shown that unless public awareness of the dangers of corruption is raised and the need to control it intensified none the less unless the greater citizens’ rights in this regard are affirmed, the corruption will not be possible to combat with, at all.
