WHY RIGID EXECUTORS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION ON THE MANAGEMENT THEORY

Abstract


In the introductory part of this paper the problems associated with the emergence of theory, as well as the sample that supports its performance, are treated. Furthermore, there is an overview of the way to its predictability, with special emphasis on the failure of performance. At the end, there is treated the problem of using the theory, when the only responsibility of the user is not sufficient. In the final part of the paper there are discussed three developmental stages in the development of exact achievements in scientific theories.
