CHANGE MANAGEMENT THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION STRUCTURE OF TRANSPORT - NEW CHALLENGES

Abstract


The problem of the study, design and the improvement of the structures is not a new theory. In this area employs a large number of scientists, there are many scientific studies and developments. However, the current dynamics in changes of new scientific results and greater needs of the economy has made it necessary to expand the scope of research. This is particularly important for transport of the effectiveness of which depends largely on the overall economy. The actuality of the problem is especially great given the following important issues that need to be addressed: The construction of the structures of the transport system is directly dependent on the structure of the national economy; In turn, the structure of the transport directly affects territorial and product restructuring of the economy.
